  • John Morgan, Vice Admiral, U.S. Navy (Ret.)

    CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    Prior to founding SupplyTrust, John spent the first 36 years of his career steeped in the practical side of planning, executing, and leading success in the U.S. Navy. His career includes commanding the 10,000 men and women of the USS Enterprise carrier battle group, and acting key advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Following his retirement from the Navy, John was Chairman and CEO of private equity owned manufacturing companies, which he grew to record profitability. John holds a degree in economics from the University of Virginia. He has served on the boards of Tactical Medical Solutions, Alabama Shipyard, and Brad Keselowski’s Checkered Flag Foundation, and is Chairman of the Board for the Forsyth County Veterans Treatment Court, a 501 (c) (3) devoted to helping veterans in and around Winston Salem. He and his wife live in Winston-Salem, NC.

  • Russ Kratzer

    CO-FOUNDER, COO, & SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

    Russ has a deep expertise in making global supply chains more efficient and managing risk. As the Director of Procurement, New Categories, at Reynolds American Inc. he led efforts to reduce the cost of Vuse Alto and helped the company achieve profitability in the vapor category. Prior to that Russ was the Director, International Supply Chain at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. During his time there Russ helped the brand expand into Russia, South Africa, Colombia, and other markets and helped franchisees lower their cost of goods. Russ holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Columbia University, a Master's in Chinese from Ohio State University, and a MBA from Wake Forest University. He lives in Winston-Salem, NC with his wife and three children.

  • Ab Boxley

    CO-FOUNDER, CTO, & DATA SCIENTIST

    Ab has spent over a decade helping companies use analytics and data science to improve their profitability. He started his career in Washington, DC at a policy research startup creating the data services core to the product. He spent the next eight years as a technology consultant building and deploying complex data-driven applications across a number of industries including oil and gas, financial services, healthcare, insurance, food distribution, and manufacturing. Prior to SupplyTrust, Ab was a Lead Data Scientist for Deloitte Consulting’s Applied AI group serving commercial clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University, a Master’s in Data Science from the University of Virginia, and a MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He lives in Winston-Salem, NC.

    Prior to SupplyTrust Aren spent 6 years as a Sensitive Activities Advisor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, focusing on the use of bespoke technology and compartmentalized programs to support the United States Special Operations Command. Aren is a retired US Marine and a founding member of the Marine Special Operations Command. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the American Military University. Aren lives with his family in Greensboro, NC.

    SENIOR ANALYST

    Prior to SupplyTrust, Joe spent 3 years as a Data Analyst with Carter Machinery, a Caterpillar heavy equipment dealer in the Mid-Atlantic. He focused on data manipulation and visualization across multiple business sectors. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Virginia. Joe is based out of Washington, DC.
